Data Centers That Use 100% Renewable Energy

You may have read how Facebook is building a 1,000,000 sq. foot data center in Northern Virginia that will use only renewable energy at a cost of $1,000,000,000 {$1,000/sq. foot}.

Data center tenants are seeking locations in the Midwest because of the inexpensive real estate, access to dark (unused) fiber optic networks, affordable traditional power resources, and reliable human capital.  Kansas is an excellent choice for data sites for many reasons.

We intend to build data centers in Kansas that use 100% renewable energy with much of the clean energy coming from excess power created from our vertical farms' solar trackers.

The patented technology we will use generates about 600+ kW per acre "under glass" as the solar trackers (that open and close like Venetian blinds) mounted on the roofs and upper sides of our greenhouses will provide more power than needed to grow hydroponic produce.  The solar greenhouses offer fully-controlled environments and the ability to grow 24/7/365 while eliminating seasonality and exposure to weather elements and traditional pests.

The solar greenhouses will use between 33% and 40% of the energy captured.  The additional electricity will be used to process data up to T5 reliability levels (99.9995% or always on).

In power production alone, a 50-acre solar greenhouse "campus" will create 30MW of capacity and about 60,000,000 kWh of energy annually.  180 acres will generate 200,000,000 kWh/year.

Our Cloud storage solutions will be aligned with our ag technologies to provide an additional revenue stream in a tech "space" that is booming now and forecast to be so for decades.

Our data centers will offer diverse providers and diverse paths that allow for dual premium bandwidth access to one location.  This 100GBps bandwidth delivery from two independent sources (aka carrier hotels) will allow us to give our clients exceptional safety and reliability for digital fiber services, independent off-grid power sources, and ultra wideband.

In addition, our data centers offer path diversity from carrier hotels in Omaha, Kansas City, Tulsa, Denver, Dallas, etc.  We have multiple locations where data centers will be constructed that offer provider redundancy, off-grid power redundancy, and the most desirable capacity.  We can accommodate captive clients as well as a variety of colocation inhabitants. Build to suit?

Our data centers can be customized and tailored to meet specific needs and objectives.

Data Processing is one of the most lucrative sectors in America and will be for many years.

Inside a Google Data Center

VP of Google Data Center Operations, Joe Kava, says, "When people say innovation in a certain area (data processing/Cloud services) is done, we've kind of reached the pinnacle of what can be achieved, I just laugh."   Data centers are in high demand with no limits in sight per multiple IT leaders in the space.  Data centers often sell for up to $25,000,000 per MW of power available.

Facebook's Data Center in Altoona, IA Cost = $400 Million

Facebook is building a 5th data center in Altoona, IA that will be 1,250' and "longer" than the Empire State Building if placed horizontally.

Facebook executive states, "Our growth is exceeding worldwide capacity."

Data processing = high demand domestically and globally.
